You’ll lead the . development and editing . of high-performing Meta ads for physical DTC products, from . scripting . and UGC . direction . to overseeing . editing. , . testing. , and . iteration. . . Your north star? Measurable wins—strong CTRs, engaging hooks, scroll-stopping edits, and creatives that convert down funnel.. Responsibilities:. . Develop and manage creative strategy across multiple Shopify brands.. . Write scripts, provide UGC direction and editing, and brief editors with clarity.. . Oversee editing output and provide sharp QA feedback.. . Plan and prioritize rapid creative tests to fuel scaling.. . Analyze performance data (CTR, hold rate, CVR) and iterate based on results.. . Stay compliant with Meta policies while pushing for creative breakthroughs.. . Collaborate closely with editors (PHT) and the performance marketing team.. . . Proven track record in . DTC performance creative. on Meta (FB/IG) for physical products. . . Experience directing UGC and creators, scripting ads, and managing editing workflows. . . Strong eye for creative testing frameworks and performance metrics. . . Ability to balance speed with high-quality execution in a fast-paced environment. . . Excellent communication and feedback skills for cross-timezone collaboration. . . Comfortable working in . compliance-sensitive categories. when needed.. . Video editing experience is a must!!. . .
