We are currently looking for a Senior Manager, Executive Communications & Engagement in the United States.. This leadership role is responsible for developing and executing high-impact communications strategies for the CEO, shaping both internal and external messaging to inspire and engage diverse audiences. The position involves crafting compelling narratives, managing executive engagement plans, and collaborating across teams to elevate the organization’s mission and voice. Working remotely with some travel, this role requires a strategic communicator who thrives in a dynamic environment and excels at building strong relationships at all levels.. Accountabilities:. . Lead the creation and delivery of strategic CEO communications including speeches, talking points, webcasts, and videos that resonate nationally.. . Develop targeted messaging that aligns with organizational goals and captures the executive voice authentically.. . Manage executive engagement plans, including employee engagement, thought leadership, and external opportunities.. . Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive communications across multiple channels.. . Support CEO readiness for public engagements and manage presentation materials and communications logistics.. . Track and analyze communication metrics to measure impact and inform senior leadership decisions.. . . Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in executive-level writing and communications management.. . Proven project management skills with strong organizational abilities and priority-setting.. . Experience collaborating with C-suite executives and translating complex ideas into clear, engaging content.. . Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proactive, creative mindset.. . Ability to work independently and across teams in a fast-paced, flexible environment.. . Familiarity with nonprofit or corporate communications strategies and executive engagement best practices.. . Willingness to travel up to 20% and work flexible hours as needed.. .
