In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent support to our Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to telecommunications services and products. Responsibilities. . Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch via phone, email, and chat regarding telecommunications services.. . Provide detailed information about plans, services, and promotions available.. . Assist customers with troubleshooting service issues and resolving complaints effectively.. . Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure follow-up when necessary.. . Collaborate with team members and departments to streamline processes and improve customer experience.. . Stay updated on industry trends and changes in telecommunications to provide informed support.. . Collect customer feedback to identify trends and recommend service enhancements.. . . Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.. . Experience in customer service, preferably within the telecommunications industry.. . Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.. . Ability to troubleshoot problems and provide effective solutions.. .
