Key Responsibilities:. . Lead Generation & Outreach:. . . Conduct outbound prospecting via email, calls, and LinkedIn to generate leads and set qualified appointments.. . Leverage tools such as Apollo, Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo (or others as required).. . Tailor outreach based on company insights, job postings, and active hiring signals.. . . Industry-Specific Targeting:. . . Research and identify hiring managers within the multifamily/property management space.. . Work closely with our recruiting team to align outreach with available Most Placeable Candidates (MPCs).. . Track results and highlight companies with strong potential for future follow-up.. . . Appointment Setting:. . . Book 10 to 20 qualified appointments monthly, prioritizing quality over volume.. . Ensure smooth handoff of prospects to the sales/recruiting team.. . . CRM & Reporting:. . . Consistently document outreach, engagement activity, and appointment outcomes in Loxo or a structured spreadsheet.. . Report on campaign performance and provide feedback for optimization.. . . Qualifications:. . 1+ year of experience in a BDR, appointment setting, or outbound lead generation role.. . Experience in recruiting, consulting, or professional services is a plus.. . Understanding of or willingness to learn about the multifamily industry.. . Familiarity with tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, etc.. . Polished and professional communication skills across email, phone, and LinkedIn.. .
