Project work - what will you do? . . help build . web/mobile applications. from the prototyping and . building phase . to the . realisation phase. of new features or whole products. . . organize project . workflows. and facilitate regular team meetings: . stand-ups, sprint plannings, retros . etc.. . set the project flow using different tools and methods like . burndown chart, sticky notes or Gantt’s chart. . . work with client . budget sheets. , take ownership of the project’s budget, schedule and delivery. . monitor . risks. , actively seek for inefficiencies. . challenge your team and client to ensure the best balance of . product quality. and work efficiency . . .
