Responsibilities. . Provide exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking clients in the Food & Beverage sector.. . Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information.. . Process orders and handle returns efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.. . Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve client satisfaction.. .
