You are accountable for driving Just Global’s growth by leading the full business development lifecycle—from building outbound strategies and nurturing inbound leads to closing transformative deals with large B2B brands. You craft compelling narratives, build lasting relationships with senior stakeholders, and collaborate across the agency to develop differentiated, insight-led pitches. You represent the agency externally with clarity and conviction, championing our value proposition in the market while aligning our offerings to client needs. . What you are responsible for:. Business Development. Own the full business development lifecycle, from managing inbound leads and RFIs to driving the RFP process and closing large deals. . Collaborate with internal teams to prepare tailored pitches and proposals that meet client needs.. Drive both new business and existing client revenue growth by seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within current accounts, identifying areas where new services, solutions, and products can be added.. Outbound Sales Strategy . Build and execute an outbound business development motion to target new, large B2B clients, particularly in the tech, fintech, and financial services sectors. . Identify strategic opportunities, open doors, and build relationships with key decision-makers. . Collaborate with Marketing to target key accounts and Target Account Lists (TALs). . Strategic Storytelling. Lead the creation of pitch decks and strategic narratives for client engagements. . Communicate the agency’s value proposition clearly and persuasively to senior marketing executives, VPs, and CMOs.. Client Relationship Management . Develop and nurture long-term relationships with high-level stakeholders in target industries, including senior marketers and decision-makers within key accounts.. Agency Ambassadorship . Serve as the agency's external ambassador and advocate by representing the Just Global at industry events, conferences, and in high-level meetings to increase brand awareness and build the agency's reputation as a leader in the B2B space.. Operational Excellence. Collaborate with finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure the proper management of contracts, MSAs, SOWs, pricing models, and other paperwork. . Ensure smooth onboarding and resource allocation for new clients.. Innovation & Adaptability. As the agency evolves, contribute to the development of new service offerings and creative solutions that open new doors and align with the agency’s ICP. . Lead the agency's strategic direction as it continues to grow and innovate.. Cross-Team Collaboration . Support the agency's international expansion and ensure global coordination.. Work closely with regional teams to understand global market dynamics and ensure the agency’s business development efforts align with regional and global growth goals. . Work closely with cross-functional teams (strategy, media, analytics, creative, marketing) to form pitch teams and build compelling narratives that differentiate the agency's offerings. . Drive collaboration across the agency to ensure pitches are aligned with client expectations and market trends.. Team Leadership . Manage and mentor a small, high-performing business development team, helping them scale from tactical execution to strategic thinking. . Lead in ways that builds Just Global’s culture..
