Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers responsible for routing, geospatial, and traffic systems.. . Oversee the day-to-day operations, including sprint planning, project management, and SRE responsibilities.. . Deliver complex, high-impact projects while providing technical guidance and mentorship to the team.. . Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define long-term strategy and objectives.. . Establish, track, and iterate on operational metrics to ensure team performance and product quality.. . Promote best engineering practices, thorough testing, and robust documentation across the team.. . Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, diversity, and data-driven decision-making.. . . . 5–8+ years of people management experience, ideally leading remote engineering teams.. . Proven experience hiring, developing, and retaining high-performing engineering talent.. . Strong technical expertise in building scalable web services, preferably in AWS environments.. .
