As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the entire product lifecycle for growth-focused projects, driving user acquisition and activation across web and mobile platforms. Lead the end-to-end development of growth initiatives, from discovery through rollout and iteration, on both web and mobile platforms.. . Develop and manage a high-volume experimentation roadmap to improve acquisition and registration conversion.. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Design, Marketing, Data, UX Research, and Engineering to identify and validate growth opportunities.. . Define and scope solutions balancing speed, scalability, and user value.. . Analyze product metrics, user behavior, and A/B test results to inform data-driven decisions and strategies.. . Establish clear success metrics and maintain ongoing measurement and reporting of initiatives.. . Manage the product backlog, refine priorities, and communicate progress to stakeholders and leadership.. . Stay current with growth trends and tools, contributing innovative ideas to enhance product performance.. . Foster collaboration across the product organization to ensure a cohesive user journey.. . . 5+ years of product management experience with 2+ years focused on growth, experimentation, or acquisition.. . Proven track record of driving measurable user and revenue growth through product changes and experiments.. . Strong data analysis skills and comfort with SQL and analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 and Snowflake.. . Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests and growth experiments.. .
