Role Overview. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a key role in driving growth by engaging with potential clients and law firms. You’ll be responsible for prospecting, outreach, and qualifying opportunities, while building strong relationships that connect injured plaintiffs with the funding they need. Client and Case Management. . Document Review and Evaluation. . Process and System Optimization. . Conduct outbound outreach (calls, emails, and follow-ups) to prospective clients and law firms . . Qualify leads, identify needs, and introduce Uplift’s funding solutions . . Build trust and rapport with decision-makers through professional and empathetic communication . . Maintain accurate records in the CRM and track pipeline activity . . Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client handoff and positive experiences . . Consistently meet and exceed activity and conversion targets. . Must-Haves. . 2+ years of sales or business development experience (SDR, BDR, inside sales, or similar) . . Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build rapport quickly . . Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas in a high-volume environment . . Comfort with outbound calling and proactive outreach . . Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems and Google Workspace . . A client-first mindset with resilience and adaptability. .
