Drive the strategy and execution of the internal developer platform (IDP), partnering closely with engineering teams. . Identify bottlenecks and performance gaps in developer workflows and design platform improvements. . Work across teams including SRE, infrastructure, security, and developer experience to build and launch shared services and tooling. . Define and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing short-term wins with long-term platform scalability. . Analyze data to evaluate system performance and guide product decisions. . Communicate technical concepts clearly across technical and non-technical audiences. . Ensure platform initiatives align with broader business goals and enable engineering velocity. . . 7+ years of experience in technical product management, engineering, or a related field. . Hands-on technical understanding; comfortable reviewing code, systems, and architecture documents. . Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and stakeholder management experience. . Proven ability to define and manage complex product roadmaps. . Executive-level communication and presentation skills. . Experience working with legal, compliance, and security teams on platform-related initiatives. . Self-starter mindset with a bias for action and problem-solving. . Company Location: United States.
