For this role you can work remotely anywhere in Canada combined with willingness to travel to meet the team on-site from time to time in our Toronto office. . Your Responsibilities. . Provide ongoing administration and support for SAP systems, including performing system refreshes, upgrades, and patches.. . Manage SAP client administration, system backups, database management, and user authorizations.. . Conduct regular system checks, updates, and patching to maintain the health of SAP environments.. . Perform daily monitoring of SAP systems, including reviewing logs, analyzing system alerts, and resolving issues promptly.. . Manage user accounts, roles, and profiles, ensuring proper authorization levels in line with security policies.. . Ensure SAP systems are compliant with security standards and implement best practices for user access control.. . Perform security audits, implement security patches, and monitor system vulnerabilities to ensure data protection.. . Ensure proper system configurations for optimal performance, including configuring SAP systems, instances, and application servers.. . Provide L1 and L2 support for SAP Fioneer software products.. . . A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in SAP Basis Administration, coupled with a relevant degree in Computer Science or a related field. . Proven track record of working closely with industry experts and collaborating with diverse teams across different cultures. . Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and services, preferably Azure, but GCP or AWS experience is also welcome. . Supporting ITSM Platforms. . Hands-on experience in providing L1/L2 support. . Keen interest in exploring the latest technologies and tools. . Fluent in English. .  . Company Location: Canada.
