Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch regarding the music streaming platform.. . Assist users with account management, playlist creation, and troubleshooting playback issues.. . Provide information about new music releases, features, and subscription options.. . Document customer interactions thoroughly to support continuous improvement of our services.. . Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.. . Stay updated on music trends, platform updates, and features to better assist users.. . Encourage users to explore new music based on their preferences and enhance their experience with our platform.. . . Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, is required.. .
