Adobe InDesign and MS Office Tools proficiency . . Excellent writing and editing skills with an eye towards sales messaging, themes, proposal aesthetics, quality, and content. . Experience with RFPs, RFIs and preparing tender and bid. . Experience with direct client communication. . Experience in architecture, engineering, or contracting firms with similar bid management roles is preferred.. . What will you do?. . Responding to RFIs and RFPs by deadline. . Build reusable assets such as proposal templates/pricing models/approaches etc. to cut short the cycle time/effort of building response. . Prepare project pricing . . Manage the Bid/lead tracker and assess win rate. . Manage the Bid/lead tracker and assess win rate. . Review all incoming RFPs and determeine which services are required. .
