In this role, you'll play a vital part in telehealth operations, supporting clinical providers and ensuring smooth, timely patient experiences. From managing schedules and tech support to engaging directly with families, your work will be instrumental in reducing barriers to care. Accountabilities:. . Manage and optimize provider schedules using internal scheduling systems to ensure efficiency and minimize patient wait times.. . Support families by coordinating appointments and assisting them in navigating patient portals for seamless access to care.. . Serve as a communication hub between providers, patients, school staff, and administrative teams to streamline workflows.. . Handle system updates in real time, confirm and adjust appointments as needed, and manage calendar changes.. . Prepare accounts and workflows for newly hired providers to ensure they can deliver care efficiently from day one.. . Monitor and report on key metrics such as capacity, cancellations, and wait times, and suggest improvements.. . Collaborate with operations leadership to implement process improvements that benefit clients and providers alike.. . . Fluency or strong communication skills in Spanish is required.. . 1–2 years of experience in a clinical or healthcare environment is preferred.. . Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.. . Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, tech-driven setting.. . Strong written, verbal, and telephone communication skills.. . Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.. . Bachelor’s degree is preferred.. .
