The Marketing Admin Executive will provide administrative and operational support to the marketing team, ensuring the smooth execution of marketing campaigns, sales, and communications. Our talented team combines innovation and industry expertise to deliver a complete package.. What you’ll be up to:. . Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks (e.g., scheduling meetings, maintaining workload trackers and sales overviews).. . Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new Marketing clients, ensuring clarity and alignment from the start.. . Work closely with wider internal teams and clients to collect requirements, promote transparent and open communication.. . Track team progress, swiftly address challenges, and keep stakeholders informed with timely updates.. . Support the Marketing Director with updating financial overview and carry out monthly auditing of marketing-related invoices.. . Organize and maintain the marketing Google Drive.. . Assist in the preparation of marketing presentations, proposals, and reports.. . Support the marketing team with thorough post-project evaluations to pinpoint strengths and uncover areas for enhancement. . . What we're looking for: . . Proven experience in an administrative support role with 1-3 years of experience. . . Well developed Interpersonal and Communication Skills - Effectively convey information to build strong relationships both internally and with external stakeholders.. . Strong organizational and time management abilities.. . Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. . A natural troubleshooter with a solution-focused mindset. . Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and demands.. . Experience working in a collaborative team environment.. .
