Duties and Responsibilities: . . Calendar & Scheduling: Efficiently manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, internal reviews, investor calls, and off-sites across multiple time zones.. . Email & Communication Management: Monitor, prioritize, and draft correspondence; filter incoming messages; and flag time-sensitive communications to ensure prompt responses.. . Meeting Preparation & Follow-Up: Prepare meeting agendas, briefing documents, and presentations. Record key takeaways, capture action items, and track follow-ups to completion.. . Travel Planning: Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries.. . Administrative Support: Process expense reports, manage invoices, and handle various administrative and ad hoc requests with efficiency and accuracy.. .
