The Membership Associate will work in a call center environment, using their excellent communication skills and knowledge of the company's financial planning approach to help expand Facet's reach to millions of underserved Americans. You’ll be the initial point of contact for prospects, effectively representing Facet's mission, brand, and value. . Your Day-To-Day Responsibilities:. . Proactively engage prospects through outbound sales campaigns. . Serve as the initial point of contact of our brand, sharing Facet’s mission & value. . Build strong rapport and relationships, while delivering an exceptional prospect experience. . Qualify prospects through outbound calls, converting them into scheduled meetings for sales. . Pass qualified prospects to sales to fuel their pipeline and generate revenue. . . 1-3+ years of experience in a call center environment. . Excellent communication skills (conversational, confident, friendly, ability to control dialogue). . Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to help and assist others (customer-centric). . Sales-oriented mindset with tenacity, willingness, and perseverance. . Ability to overcome objections and influence decision-making. . Ability to learn new systems and in-house software and tools. . . Proficiency in keyboard and computer skills . . Must be able to meet and consistently maintain the minimum WiFi standards in order to efficiently work in the Company’s environment, and effect quality online connections. . . A minimum of 15+Mbps upload speed, 50Mbps download speed, and a latency of under 100. . If these WiFi speeds are not met, it will be the employee’s responsibility to troubleshoot and potentially upgrade to meet the minimum speed. . . Preferred Requirements:. . Experience in cold calling prospects. . Comfortable w/ change and has the ability to adjust/pivot in a fast paced sales environment. .
