Accountabilities. Conceptualize and design technical solutions in collaboration with business and engineering partners.. Work with stakeholders to ensure highly available, scalable, and reliable solutions.. Collaborate with architects to document reference architectures and participate in Well-Architected Reviews.. Translate business and application requirements into detailed system and technical requirements.. Break down design plans into actionable project tasks and deliverables.. Prepare presentations, process flows, data mappings, and maintain documentation repositories.. Support implementation of integrations, web applications, and services across the retail ecosystem.. . Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.. 5+ years of experience in technical systems analysis and solution design.. 3+ years supporting retail or order management/ERP integrations (e.g., Oracle Xstore, Oracle Cloud, Manhattan Active Omni, Boomi).. Strong knowledge of integration tools, inventory management, and retail processes.. Experience documenting requirements, process flows, testing plans, and coordinating reviews.. Familiarity with cloud platforms, solution design principles, and AWS services (Gateway, Serverless) is a plus..
