Customer Success Software Trainer at AutoVitals. AutoVitals is looking for a passionate and driven Customer Success Software Trainer to lead the onboarding and training of new clients on our industry-leading suite of SaaS solutions for auto repair shops. This is an exciting opportunity to join the front lines of the emerging discipline of Customer Success within a company moving at equal speed.. The AutoVitals suite of SaaS products are designed to solve many of the current hurdles faced by auto repair shops. Our mission is to help auto repair shops drive profitable growth by attracting new customers, providing superior communication and customer service, increased shop efficiency, higher average repair orders, and more.. As a Customer Success Trainer, you’ll play a vital role in our clients’ success by delivering impactful training, sharing best practices, and ensuring each shop gets the most out of the AutoVitals platform. . Responsibilities. . Provide an exceptional training experience to all customers and customer stakeholders, through regular strategic learning sessions delivered in a timely manner;. . Measure product adoption through Key Performance Indicators;. . Provide guidance to implement best practices for DVI, workflows, configuration, and motorist/customer engagement;. . Demonstrate project management excellence, including the ability to keep stakeholders on track, manage risks, hit milestones, and secure customer sign off at project completion;. . Develop proficiency in the product capabilities, and sales process best practices including a deep technical knowledge of the product;. . Receive customers from onboarding and graduate them to Customer Success with care, diligence and clear project documentation;. . Work with support and product teams to ensure customer feedback is captured and issues resolved;. . Improve and scale the AutoVitals training process.. . Other similar responsibilities, as the Company may require from time to time.. . . 2 to 4 years relevant experience in software training and customer success; SaaS experience is a benefit.. . Resourceful, self-motivated, proactive team player, adept at time management and prioritization of responsibilities.. . Demonstrated ability to build trust and develop customer relationships, particularly in a distanced work environment.. . Ability to grasp complex technical processes, analyze data sets, and spontaneously discuss benefits with customers.. . Communicates with diplomacy, courtesy and efficacy at all times.. .
