Our client is in need of a Deployment Engineer to help them redefine how AI-driven communication is deployed and optimized across industries like HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services. The company is helping some of the largest US-based home service enterprises drive real revenue outcomes through conversational AI and they’re doing it with impressive traction and aggressive scaling goals.. They’re looking for someone who’s worked in startup environments, has experience with AI/ML in production, and is comfortable taking ownership of deployments and fixes in live environments.. What You’ll Do. . 40 % Software Development – craft integrations and new features in JavaScript/TypeScript.. . 60 % AI Management – deploy, monitor, and fine-tune Avoca’s conversational agents for the nation’s largest HVAC, plumbing, and electrical companies.. . Troubleshoot production issues, own root-cause analysis, and ship fixes fast.. . Partner with client stakeholders and Avoca Product to roll out enhancements that raise conversion KPIs.. .
