You’ll be the connective tissue between team, clients, and partners—ensuring projects move forward smoothly, deadlines are met, and communication is proactive and clear.. You’ll steward and evolve our use of Basecamp, Slack, and other systems to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. You’ll also support marketing functions, including scheduling posts, sharing updates, and tracking content. Your leadership will turn ideas into action—beautifully and consistently.. What Done Looks Like. Clients and partners feel fully informed, supported, and cared for.. . All timelines, tasks, and communications are up to date in Basecamp and other tools.. . You’ll be working daily in Basecamp, Slack, Google Drive, Dropbox, LinkedIn, Canva, (sometimes Figma) and a private ChatGPT we call Sparrow. We also collaborate with design partners in Asana..
