Support Team Administrator at Azyra. Azyra is looking for a dedicated Administrator to join our dynamic Support Team. In this role you will provide front line and administrative functions, assisting the Support Team in ensuring our clients derive maximum value from their use of our innovative ERP software platform..  . Client-Centric Approach. The Support Team Administrator will provide essential administrative support to our Support Specialists and facilitate the smooth operation of the support process. In this role, you will engage with clients via phone and email, track client inquiries, maintain records, manage support tickets and ensure timely resolution of queries. Additionally, you will communicate regularly with the Support Team ensuring smooth operations.. Responsibilities Include:. Front-line phone and email communication with clients. Logging and managing incoming support inquiries/tickets. Conducting follow-ups and ensuring customer satisfaction. Providing administrative support to the Support Team as needed. Monitoring support ticket statuses and escalating issues as necessary. Maintaining an organized record of client interactions. Fluency in English is required (C1 minimum). Experience in a similar administrative role. Experience in software or technology-based support administration preferable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT skills. Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities. Proactive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Company Location: Ireland.
