Assist clients with inquiries about luxury products, orders, and services. . Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our systems. . Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client inquiries and enhance service delivery. . Maintain a deep understanding of our luxury brand offerings and the market trends. . Proactively gather customer feedback to inform improvements. . Participate in training sessions to remain updated on the latest luxury retail developments. .
