As an HR Business Partner EMEA at SAP Fioneer, you will play a pivotal role in driving HR initiatives and empowering business leaders to optimize team performance across the EMEA region (~600 employees). This hands-on, business-focused role requires expertise in transformation and change management, ensuring HR strategies align with organizational goals and growth targets. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will collaborate closely with senior leaders and managers, providing strategic support in key areas such as performance management and stakeholder engagement.. At least 6 years of HR Business Partner experience in an international, high-growth environment—preferably within digital business, management consulting, or multinational companies.. . A proactive ownership mindset, result-oriented approach, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.. . Proven experience in advising managers on HR topics and driving change initiatives.. .
