You will be part of our Insights team, also known as the “product and data experts” team for our clients. We design beautiful data-driven PowerPoint presentations that deliver insights and provide actionable business recommendations on everything food and beverage. We also provide clients with training on our tools and reports.. You will start by mastering Datassential’s syndicated products and use that knowledge to support our clients’ needs through a variety of request types (reports, presentations,  etc.). You will:. . Use our syndicated products to export data and generate clear, compelling, and impactful insight-driven stories that solve specific customer pain points.. . Provide actionable insights to our clients. . . Provide excellent customer service and lead with a customer-centric mindset. . Make project recommendations outside of the requested scope that would enhance the storytelling component, and listen for cues that indicate potential upsell opportunities. . Be the voice of the customer and collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback that helps improve our solutions. . . BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Economics or similar field. . 3-5 years of experience in market research or business insights, emphasizing client communication, storytelling with data, and translating findings into business strategies (not a data analyst role).. . Strong analytical skills and the ability to distill diverse data sets into cohesive and succinct stories with attention to detail depending on the client need. . Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. . Excellent communication and consultative skills in both writing and presenting to convey information clearly and effectively to a wide variety of client audiences. . Familiarity with G-Suite and intermediate knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel . . Experience in foodservice a plus. . Position could be a senior-level analyst position based on experience. .
