You will also drive the design culture within the company and improve the overall user experience through continuous iteration and feedback.. Accountabilities:. . Lead the design of Back Office systems, specifically focusing on accounting-related workflows and interfaces. . Work in close partnership with Product Managers (PMs) and Developers to define user requirements and deliver high-quality design solutions. . Produce design deliverables, including workflows, wireframes, personas, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes in Figma. . Conduct user research and engage with customers to validate design concepts and ensure alignment with user needs. . Collaborate with software engineers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and meet functional requirements. . Help improve the overall UX design process and continue to evolve the company’s design standards and system. . Analyze and improve both legacy and modern software by creating wireframes and storyboards for UX improvements based on feedback. . Advocate for UX best practices within the team and the broader organization. . . 3-5 years of proven experience as a digital product designer, specializing in Research, UX, and UI design. . Strong background in deciphering user requirements and documenting design solutions. . Experience designing mobile applications and growing a design culture within an organization. . Expertise in prototyping and wireframing using industry-standard tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, InVision). . Demonstrated experience in user testing, usability testing, and working with user acceptance criteria. . Ability to effectively communicate design ideas and solutions to a wide range of stakeholders. . Strong understanding of design approaches and methodologies, with the ability to lead design vision and strategy. .
