We are seeking an experienced and hands-on EMEA Sales Director to lead and scale a high-performing sales team while actively contributing to revenue generation. In this role, you will oversee Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives (AEs), coaching, mentoring, and enabling them to exceed targets. You will also take an active role in pipeline generation, demos, and deal closures. Lead, mentor, and scale the EMEA SDR and AE teams, fostering a player/coach culture.. . Actively contribute as an Account Executive, managing pipeline, running demos, and closing deals.. . Align sales efforts with marketing, product, and leadership to execute the regional go-to-market strategy.. . Track and report on sales performance and forecasts with clarity and accuracy.. . Identify gaps and opportunities in the sales funnel and implement repeatable, scalable processes.. . Develop team members’ leadership skills and support long-term career growth.. . Proven experience scaling a SaaS business from ~$1M to ~$10M ARR, preferably in EMEA markets, with emphasis on the UK and Ireland.. .
