Accountabilities:. Serve as a technical and solution subject matter expert in client-facing engagements.. Collaborate with internal leadership and EHR architects to design and deliver innovative solutions.. Provide pre-sales solution generation, clearly articulating how solutions meet client needs.. Elicit customer requirements, document technical and business needs, and propose actionable solutions.. Lead solution development processes, including planning, scoping, mentoring, review, and client discussions.. Present strategic guidance for client product enhancements and go-to-market execution.. Experience with Epic applications such as Ambulatory, Healthy Planet, MyChart, Prelude, Cadence, Professional/Hospital Billing, OpTime, Anesthesia, Radiant, or Cupid.. Proven ability to lead complex projects using Agile principles.. Knowledge of EHR workflow creation, application programming interfaces, and integration engines..
