The manager will report directly to the Director of Marketing and collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and partnership teams to integrate social media, influencer, branding, and promotional strategies into community and event efforts..  . Key Responsibilities. Community Engagement & Reputation Management. Build and nurture relationships with veterans through social media, direct messaging, and community platforms.. Monitor and manage online reviews across multiple platforms, responding promptly and professionally to maintain a positive brand reputation.. Develop and execute strategies to enhance brand sentiment and trust within the veteran community.. Act as a primary point of contact for community inquiries, feedback, and engagement opportunities..  . Event Strategy & Execution. Own and manage the full lifecycle of veteran-facing events—from concept and planning to promotion, execution, and post-event analysis.. Develop event strategies that align with overall marketing and business goals, ensuring events foster community engagement and deliver ROI.. Oversee event logistics, vendor relationships, and on-site operations to ensure seamless execution.. Create and manage the event calendar, integrating social media, influencer partnerships, and promotional campaigns to maximize reach and impact.. Measurement & Reporting. Track and analyze event performance, community engagement metrics, and reputation trends.. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data to improve future initiatives.. Report on KPIs such as event attendance, engagement rates, review scores, and overall brand sentiment.. How Success is Measured. Community Engagement:.
