We’re currently looking for a . Head of Sales. to join our Poland Team! . This strategic leadership role is responsible for defining and executing the national commercial strategy, driving sustainable growth, and leading the Sales team to achieve ambitious revenue and profitability targets.. The Head of Sales will work closely with senior management and operational teams to strengthen market positioning, expand the client portfolio, and ensure long-term customer retention.. What’s waiting for you:. Define and implement the national commercial strategy for Business Assurance in Poland.. Lead, motivate, and develop the Sales team, fostering a high-performance and results-driven culture.. Drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and pipeline development across all service lines.. Oversee key accounts and support complex negotiations and strategic partnerships.. Identify and develop new market opportunities, sectors, and strategic clients.. Promote cross-selling and collaboration across Business Lines.. Monitor commercial KPIs, forecasts, and budget performance.. Ensure accurate reporting, CRM governance, and data-driven decision-making.. Represent Intertek in industry events and strengthen brand positioning in the Polish market.. What we’re looking for:. Bachelor’s degree (Business, Engineering, or related field preferred). . Minimum 5 years of B2B commercial experience, including leadership responsibilities. . Proven experience in Sales Management or Head of Sales roles. . Experience in TIC (Testing, Inspection, Certification) and Business Assurance sector is highly preferred. . Company Location: Poland.
