Manage customer inquiries regarding AI products, technology solutions, and technical support via phone, email, and chat in Danish.. . Provide clear and accurate information about product features, benefits, and troubleshooting procedures.. . Assist customers with account management, software installations, and any technical issues they may encounter.. . Resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring high satisfaction levels and fostering positive relationships.. . Document all customer interactions in the CRM system for accurate tracking and follow-up.. . Collaborate with technical teams to address complex issues and improve service delivery.. .
