This role offers the opportunity to drive revenue growth by building and maintaining relationships with local, regional, and national businesses, with a primary focus on Southern California (especially San Diego). You will be at the forefront of consultative selling, creating integrated marketing solutions to meet client objectives and exceed KPIs. Working both independently and collaboratively with internal teams, you will develop innovative campaigns, identify new opportunities, and manage a territory rich with potential. Develop and manage a sales territory, focusing on business development, brand equity, and advertising sales.. . Meet and exceed revenue goals through the sale of advertising and digital solutions to agencies and direct clients.. . Build and maintain strong client relationships through face-to-face meetings, events, presentations, and strategic outreach.. . Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while expanding existing client relationships.. . Collaborate with internal teams to design integrated media plans and targeted marketing strategies.. . Conduct needs analyses to understand client pain points and craft solutions that achieve measurable results.. . Provide regular reporting to management on business pipelines, progress toward goals, and regional challenges.. . . Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in advertising, media, or digital sales.. . Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and delivering impactful client presentations.. . Strong business development skills, including prospecting, lead generation, and relationship management.. . Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to sell to C-level executives.. . Solid technical skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred); familiarity with Nielsen, ComScore, and Scarborough a plus.. .
