Key Responsibilities: . . Work with teams to identify painpoints and operational bottlenecks . . Lead continuous improvement projects-from problem definition to implementing solutions to measurement of results . . Develop and implement automation workflows using AI, scripting, or low-code platforms. . . Lead projects from ideation to completion, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholders. . . Use analytics tools to uncover performance trends and recommend optimizations. . . Document processes, track project outcomes, and report impact to leadership. . . Train and support teams on new tools and processes to drive adoption. . . . Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. . . Minimum of 3 years of experience in business operations analysis, with a strong focus on automation and continuous improvement. . . Proven experience in project management, with the ability to lead multiple projects concurrently. . . Knowledge of process improvement frameworks like Kaizen, Six Sigma, or Agile is advantageous. . . Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. . . Demonstrated proficiency with automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Python, or any low-code automation tools). . . Proficient in data analysis using tools like Excel or Power BI. . .
