Lead and mentor a regional team of agronomists and sales reps, promoting technical excellence and sales effectiveness.. . Drive strategic sales growth and market share by building relationships with growers and supporting key sales initiatives.. . Collaborate across departments to support the development and deployment of innovative agronomic products and digital tools.. . Deliver ongoing training, feedback, and performance evaluations to foster individual and team development.. . Analyze sales and customer data to refine sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.. . Guide field trials, demonstrations, and crop advising to support product positioning and customer success.. . Serve as a bridge between product, data, and field teams to align on goals and insights.. . . Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of experience, or Master’s degree with 5+ years in agronomy or a related field.. . Certified Crop Advisor (or willingness to become certified within one year).. . Demonstrated success in leading and mentoring agronomic or sales teams.. . Strong ability to engage with customers, close sales opportunities, and deliver value through tailored agronomic insights.. . Proficiency in analyzing data, interpreting trends, and leveraging CRM and performance management tools.. . Familiarity with sales enablement and people management platforms (e.g., Rippling, PerformYard, Lever ATS, Seismic).. .
