Engage with Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries regarding bookings, cancellations, and travel arrangements.. . Provide detailed information about accommodations, locations, and services available through Booking.com.. . Resolve customer complaints and troubleshoot issues with professionalism and efficiency.. . Document customer interactions in the CRM system to track inquiries and feedback accurately.. . Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the customer experience and service delivery standards.. .
