We are currently looking for a Regional Sales Director (Southeast/Midwest Region) in United States.. We are seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Director to lead commercial growth across a large, strategic territory in the Southeast and Midwest. This role involves managing the full sales cycle with academic IDNs, NCI-designated cancer centers, and other major health systems, building trusted relationships with clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders. The successful candidate will create and execute account strategies, drive revenue growth, and represent the organization at key industry events. You will collaborate with internal clinical, product, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions, while mentoring your team to achieve strategic objectives. Own and manage the full sales cycle within the Southeast/Midwest territory, from prospecting to contract closure.. . Develop and execute strategic account plans targeting academic IDNs, NCI-designated cancer centers, and large health systems.. . Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level executives, department chairs, and clinical leaders to position solutions effectively.. . Maintain strong pipeline coverage, ensuring consistent achievement or exceeding of annual revenue targets.. . Drive pipeline velocity through deal qualification, prioritization, and accurate forecasting using Salesforce.. . Collaborate with internal teams—including clinical, product, and marketing—to deliver tailored messaging, demos, and solution proposals.. . Represent the organization at industry conferences and events to build visibility and credibility.. . Partner with implementation and support teams to ensure successful solution deployment and adoption.. . . 7+ years of sales experience within radiation oncology, including at least 3+ years in enterprise software or SaaS sales.. . Proven success selling into IDNs, academic medical centers, and NCI-designated cancer centers.. . Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs and quotas.. . Strong knowledge of radiation oncology workflows, treatment planning, and healthcare decision-making processes.. . Executive presence with the ability to build trust across both clinical and administrative audiences.. . Excellent strategic planning, negotiation, and communication skills.. .
