Senior Manager of Infrastructure. to lead Jacuzzi Group’s global infrastructure operations. This role will manage networks, servers, cloud platforms, and identity services while guiding a high-performing team to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable IT services. The ideal candidate blends strong technical expertise with proven leadership skills and can balance day-to-day operations with driving long-term strategic initiatives.. Key Responsibilities:. . Lead global infrastructure operations, including networks, servers, cloud services, and identity management.. . Oversee and lead a team located across multiple regions.. . Drive modernization efforts, including cloud adoption and Zero Trust.. . Oversee incident, change, and problem management to ensure high availability.. . Partner with Security to address vulnerabilities and ensure compliance.. . Monitor and analyze infrastructure performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.. . Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to secure essential services and technologies.. . Collaborate with other departments to assess their technology needs and recommend suitable solutions.. . Ensure effective backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity.. . . . 10+ years of infrastructure management (networks, servers, cloud, identity).. . 5+ years people leadership experience in technical teams.. . Strong skills with Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory/Entra ID.. . Knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPN, SD-WAN) and server platforms.. . Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.. . Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience.. . Familiarity with ITIL best practices and hybrid cloud models.. . Experience with Zero Trust architectures.. . Vendor management and contract negotiation expertise.. . Relevant certifications (PMP, CISSP, CCNP, etc.) a plus.. . Compensation. Salary starting at $140,000+ (based on experience) + (Bonus eligible). Company Location: United States.
