Financial Planning & Analysis:.  Support the annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning processes.. Reporting & Variance Analysis:.  Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-to-date financial reports, providing clear explanations for variances between actuals, budgets, and forecasts.. System Management:.  Utilize Oracle HFM/Essbase (or similar EPM systems) to manage data consolidation, perform queries, and ensure data integrity within financial reports..
