Responsibilities. . Provide exceptional customer service to Nordic-speaking clients in the aviation industry.. . Assist customers with inquiries related to flight bookings, cancellations, and changes.. . Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.. . Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.. . Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline policies, procedures, and services.. . Document customer interactions in the company database accurately and efficiently.. . Work on shift patterns, including weekends and holidays, to support customer needs.. . .
