Responsibilities. . Provide exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking clients via various channels including phone, email, and chat.. . Keep accurate records of customer interactions and update our CRM system as necessary.. . Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the customer experience and service efficiency.. .
