This position involves collaborating with both internal and external partners to optimize services, launch new initiatives, and enhance overall performance. Own weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual operational and financial targets while developing strategies to achieve them.. . Analyze operational and financial data to inform decision-making and improve performance across services.. . Contribute to product development and feature rollouts to optimize both internal processes and user-facing offerings.. . Collaborate with executives and cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Partner Success, Sales, Business Development, Expansion, Operations, and Growth teams.. . Ideate, pitch, and execute proposals to enhance efficiency and unlock new value across services.. . Lead external partnerships and internal teams to support strategic objectives, scale operations, and maximize impact.. . The ideal candidate will have:. . Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience, preferably at high-growth startups, established tech companies, consulting, or financial firms.. . Bachelor’s degree with a strong record of academic and professional achievement; MBA is a plus.. .
