This role combines leadership and technical depth—guiding a team of engineers, ensuring the stability and security of cloud environments, and driving continuous delivery across development pipelines. You'll work closely with engineering leaders to instill a DevOps-first culture, foster innovation, and strengthen infrastructure and information security standards in a highly collaborative, mission-driven setting.. . Accountabilities:. . Oversee CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance across environments.. . Drive adoption of standardized DevOps practices, including change management, release automation, and secure configurations.. . Champion a strong service delivery mindset and foster a high-performance, collaborative DevSecOps culture.. . Implement and enforce robust information security practices aligned with ISO27001 standards.. . Support and mentor the DevSecOps team, enabling continuous skill development and successful project execution.. .
