As an Art Director, you will be responsible for leading global design initiatives that elevate the brand across all consumer touchpoints. You will partner with the Creative Director to translate business goals into visually compelling and forward-thinking creative solutions, while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the creative team.. Duties and Responsibilities. . Serve as a strategic partner to the Creative Director in evolving brand identity, visuals, and creative strategy. . . Guide projects from concept to completion, ensuring design excellence across digital, print, packaging, retail, and sales collateral. . . Manage and mentor a global design team, providing feedback, coaching, and performance reviews. . . Develop onboarding materials, templates, and training resources for creative workflows. . . Oversee file management, asset systems, and production standards to ensure consistency and efficiency. . . Drive Asana adoption for workflow visibility, task assignment, and project accountability. . . Lead creative production for at least four catalogs annually, from concept to print. . . Manage creation of approximately 10 sales presentations annually, coordinating with sales and copywriting teams. . . Support packaging design initiatives by maintaining templates, overseeing artwork, and ensuring alignment with factories. . . Partner with cross-functional teams (PD, Sales, Photo Editors, Creative Producer) to ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets. . . Maintain, update, and standardize brand guidelines, Amazon templates, and DTC creative resources. . . Proactively communicate project updates, roadblocks, and timelines across teams. . . Requirements. . 7+ years of experience in art direction, design leadership, or a similar role within a global consumer brand or agency. . . Strong portfolio showcasing excellence in digital, print, and packaging design. . . Proven experience managing and mentoring creative teams across multiple geographies. . . Expertise in creative workflow tools (Asana or similar), Adobe Creative Suite, and design systems. . . Strong understanding of branding, visual storytelling, and consumer-centric design strategies. . . Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. . . Excellent communication and collaboration skills across creative and business stakeholders. . . Intuitive problem-solving mindset and commitment to delivering work at the highest standard. . .
