Back Office Assistant (Talent Acquisition Team) at Thaloz. Thaloz is a technology company that partners with other companies to provide software solutions and staff augmentation. Your role as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be key in supporting all Talent team activities, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process. Responsibilities:. . Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews, ensuring alignment with interviewers' availability and preferences.. . Maintain and update the ATS with candidate information, interview outcomes, and other relevant data.. . Create candidates' CVs.. . Communicate with clients to resolve issues.. . Collaborate with People Care to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.. . Reply to all of the candidates' questions and continuously seek opportunities to enhance their experience during the process.. . Collaborate with metric tracking.. . . 6 months to 1 year of experience in administrative/coordination or recruitment roles.. . B2 English level.. . Excellent organizational skills.. . Experience in the IT industry (Not required, but Big plus).. . Company Location: Uruguay.
