Collaborate with executive leadership and development teams to define and execute an M&A strategy aligned with the company’s growth and expansion objectives.. . Lead the due diligence process, ensuring a thorough evaluation of investment opportunities, including financial analysis, risk assessment, and regulatory considerations.. . Manage the negotiation of M&A agreements with a solid understanding of legal, contractual, and regulatory aspects specific to mergers and acquisition.. . Establish and maintain relationships with potential partners, lead contract negotiations, and secure favorable deal terms that support strategic objectives.. .
