This leadership role is ideal for an experienced professional passionate about optimizing Go-to-Market systems and processes. As a hands-on leader, you will oversee the architecture, configuration, and management of GTM platforms, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business priorities. The position combines strategic planning with technical execution, driving operational efficiency, automation, and data integrity across Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams. You will lead a team of GTM systems professionals, mentor and develop talent, and deliver scalable, innovative solutions that support growth objectives and business success in a dynamic environment.. . Accountabilities. . Own the delivery and continuous improvement of GTM systems, including Salesforce, LeanData, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, and Boomi.. . Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, aligning systems architecture with operational needs.. . Lead, mentor, and develop a team of GTM systems professionals, fostering skill growth, collaboration, and high performance.. . Drive best practices in data governance, system design, workflow automation, and integration processes.. . Manage the full application lifecycle: requirements gathering, architecture, development, UAT, rollout, and ongoing support.. . Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to ensure consistent, efficient GTM processes.. . Oversee project planning, change management, sprint cycles, and post-release support for system enhancements.. . Serve as the primary technical resource for complex system issues, performance tuning, and integration challenges.. . . 7+ years of experience in GTM systems management and architecture.. . 5+ years of people management experience, with a focus on SaaS teams.. . Advanced Salesforce expertise, including Salesforce CPQ, with required certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Developer, Architect).. . Hands-on experience with Salesforce customization, Enterprise SaaS solutions, and integration tools.. . Skilled in Agile methodologies and tools, such as Scrum and Jira.. . Strong knowledge of Go-to-Market processes, workflow automation, and data analysis.. . Proficiency with sales/marketing tools including Salesloft, LeanData, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesforce Experience Cloud.. . Excellent project management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.. . Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities; experience with NetSuite or related billing systems is a plus.. .
