Lead the transformation from compliance-driven to value-based selling methodology, including change management, training curriculum, and measurement frameworks.. . Design and implement comprehensive sales and customer success enablement strategies aligned with business objectives.. . Lead, mentor, and develop a team of enablement professionals, providing guidance and career growth opportunities.. . Create and maintain sales playbooks, training materials, onboarding programs, and enablement content for enterprise and commercial solutions.. . Integrate AI tools into enablement processes, including conversation intelligence, predictive analytics, and personalized coaching.. . Partner with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align sales execution with product strategy and competitive positioning.. . Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.. . . 10+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or related fields.. . 4+ years of people management experience leading teams of enablement professionals.. . Deep understanding of enterprise software sales, AI/ML technology, and value-based selling.. . Experience implementing AI-powered sales tools and platforms (conversation intelligence, predictive analytics, coaching tools).. .
