As a Shipping Scheduler, you will coordinate the logistical resources required to support field teams in completing scheduled projects efficiently and safely. You will play a critical role in assigning teams, routing trucks, and ensuring real-time communication across field operations, warehouse, and customer service teams. Your attention to detail, responsiveness, and ability to manage multiple priorities will directly impact the success of daily operations.. This role acts as a key liaison between Field Operations, Customer Experience, Warehouse, and Logistics leadership, the Logistics Dispatcher ensures schedules are executed accurately, efficiently, and safely in a fast-moving, dynamic environment. This role directly impacts on-time performance, client satisfaction, and overall operational effectiveness.. WHY DO WE WANT YOU. WHAT WILL YOU DO. Routing & Resource Allocation. Attend pipeline meetings to understand upcoming project scopes and logistics needs. Build and manage daily delivery and retrieval routes based on job complexity, geography, and team skill level. Assign trucks, crew members, and required equipment to all scheduled activities. Coordinate truck availability and route timing to avoid delays and reduce idle time. Real-Time Dispatch Management. Monitor incoming Slack messages, calls, and system updates to proactively address next-day or same-day changes. Track field teams in real time using dispatch tracking software (e.g., DispatchTrack or similar tools). Respond to issues and adjust routes or team assignments as needed throughout the day. Provide live field support to crews, troubleshooting challenges and escalating when necessary. Coordinate with warehouse teams to relay any adjustments needed on loadouts or pickups. Field & Customer Communication. Communicate key updates with the Customer Experience team to ensure alignment on delivery windows and service expectations. Relay changes to job timing, crew arrival, or order details to ensure a seamless customer experience. Serve as a liaison between field teams and office staff. Data & Systems Oversight. Document exceptions, challenges, and inefficiencies in Google Sheets or internal dispatch logs. Ensure field teams are logging their activities properly in dispatch tracking systems. Work with the Logistics Manager to maintain project statuses and accurate inventory updates in system tools. Support the collection and organization of DOT reports and field safety documentation. Cross-Functional Support. Support the Delivery Manager by helping monitor supply inventory for field teams. Help cover scheduling, quality control, or routing functions as needed during absences or peak periods. Participate in safety reporting and escalation by flagging field incidents or at-risk behaviors. WHAT WE’LL LIKE ABOUT YOU.  YOU ARE…. Curious and authentic, just like us! #beboldr . Customer-focused and solutions-oriented. YOU HAVE…. High School Diploma or equivalent. 2-3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, operations support, or a related field (preferred). Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn dispatch tracking systems. Strong multitasking and time-management skills. Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.. Proficient in Microsoft Office and shipping software systems.. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.. NICE TO HAVE…. Bilingual (English/Spanish). Experience supporting furniture, appliance, construction, or field service crews. Familiarity with DOT compliance or field safety protocols. Company Location: Mexico.
