Bilingual Sales Enablement Specialist at Prosci. Overview. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Sales Enablement Specialist (Spanish & English) to join the Global Growth Operations team. In this role, you will play a key part in equipping our sales team with the tools, content, and training needed to drive revenue and achieve business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales enablement, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving sales effectiveness. This role will directly support our Latin American Market, in addition to our other global markets, which is why we are seeking a bilingual candidate. . Develop and implement sales enablement strategies to enhance the effectiveness of the sales team. . . Provide ongoing support and coaching to the sales team to improve performance and close deals more effectively. . . Analyze sales data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. . . Manage and optimize sales enablement tools and platforms to streamline processes. . . Co-lead sales onboarding efforts in partnership with Growth Market Leads, focused on knowledge and ability of and with Prosci’s Intellectual Property and Systems. . . Go to Market Launch. Ensure alignment between sales and marketing to support a cohesive go-to-market strategy. . Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to create and deliver impactful sales content and training materials. . Ad-hoc Sales Collateral. . Lead initiatives to enhance the buyer journey by providing relevant insights and materials. . . Track and measure the success of sales enablement initiatives to continuously improve outcomes. . . Technical/Functional Skills:.  . Proficiency working within CRM technologies (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc). . . Experience with LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and LinkedIn Learning preferred. . . Experience with sales enablement tools such as CRM systems, content management platforms, and learning management systems. . .  . Qualifications:.  . Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Sales Enablement role, with a preference for experience in Sales/Marketing.. . Professional fluency in English & Spanish (written and spoken). . Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices. . . Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills. . Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. . Additional Preferences. . Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field highly preferred. . Sales Enablement software usage is a plus . . Proficiency in Portuguese is a plus. .  . This is a role . that would be in the Growth Enablement Center of Acceleration (CoA)..  .
